I had a clavicle fracture a few months ago
and it was treated with a figure of 8 bandage. My clavicle has healed but there
is a bump on the bone. My doctor says I should I get it removed. Any
suggestions?

Surely this can’t be a bona fide doctor trained in America? The majority of
clavicle fractures are treated conservatively. The bump you feel is just part
of the healing process. Stop
f..ing around with it. If things are fine, why the hell do you go asking the
doctor for stupid advice? More patients in America get into trouble because
they ask for silly advice from doctors and then are prescribed unnecessary
procedures. There are more unnecessary surgery procedures performed in America
than anywhere on earth. So if things are fine, leave it alone. This callus or
bump you feel, will disappear on its own. please change your doctor-he/she appears to be dummy
