Liquid silicone for calluses

I have heard that liquid silicone can be used to improve the features of the sole, especially for treatment of calluses. Is this true?
There are some people who inject liquid silicone into the sole area for treatment of calluses. All I can tell you is that this is not approved by the FDA. The treatment is prohibitively expensive and no one knows what happens in the long run. If you love being a guinea pig, go ahead. Personally I do not recommend novel treatments until there is data to show that it works. As far as I can tell, liquid silicone for calluses does jack shit. Best advice, get proper shoe wear and use a pumice stone at home to remove the hard skin. This will save you lots of money and there are ZERO complications
